Delivery

Every piece of pottery is handmade in my workshop in Devon by me, this takes time and does mean sometimes my shipping times are a little longer. I will work as quickly as I can to get your order delivered to you.

Please allow a minimum of 2-3 days for delivery but some deliveries can take up to 10 days. Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 08:00 and 16:00. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed. If an item is required for a certain date please let me know when you place your order.

I use recycled and or bio-degradable packaging and boxes wherever possible - please reuse and resend if you can.

All orders will be sent with Royal Mail or a recognised courier company. If you have a specific safe location where you would like your delivery to be left, please let me know when ordering.

U.K. delivery charges:

£5.00 postage on orders up to £25.00

£10.00 postage on orders from £25.00 - £50.00

£15.00 postage on orders over £50.00

For all non U.K deliveries please contact me prior to placing your order.

I will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. I advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. I am unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.
